Tipica, del periodo "Medio Nambokucho" detto anche "delle grandi spade", venivano usate a cavallo solitamente dai comandanti. La Nodaki, risulta molto impegnativa nell'uso; questa è ben rifinita nei dettagli, e di grande impatto visivo, molto ben adatta all'esposizione o agli appassionati delle lame "esagerate". Non molto conosciuta rispetto alla classica Katana è di difficile reperibilità in commercio, e a mio avviso, questa Nodachi, ne risulta un ottimo prodotto di nicchia.
